EMEA GTM ManagerAre you a strategic and driven individual with a passion for digital assets and compliance? Ospree is seeking a talented EMEA GTM Manager to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential to lead our GTM efforts across the EMEA region.Position: EMEA GTM ManagerType: Freelance ContractHours per week: 20-30 hoursLocation: Remote (EMEA time zone)About OspreeWe are digital asset enthusiasts with backgrounds in compliance, traditional banking, and cybersecurity who want to help shape the future of digital assets. As digital assets are adopted globally, we are building the relevant tools to assist financial institutions in staying updated with the ever-evolving regulatory landscape. We know that regulations of digital assets and interoperability with traditional finance will foster the trust necessary to set mass adoption in motion and offer consumers protection.Ospree is backed by Techstars and Ripple. The company provides Software-as-a-Service modular solutions to automate and orchestrate compliance processes, including Travel Rule and Blockchain Analytics. We serve customers in the digital asset industry, empowering teams to comply with complex anti-money laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) requirements at the global and local levels.OverviewThe EMEA GTM Manager is vital for leveraging external opportunities and relationships to accelerate the company’s growth and establish its presence in the market. This role offers the chance to significantly influence the company’s trajectory by forging partnerships that create competitive advantages and open new revenue streams. This role combines both strategic and tactical responsibilities, making it ideal for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The right candidate will have the technical know-how and soft skills needed to build lasting relationships and drive meaningful business outcomes.Responsibilities:Lead and execute the go-to-market strategy for Ospree in the EMEA region.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and potential clients.Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, marketing, and product development, to align GTM strategies with company objectives.Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.Attend industry conferences and events to establish Ospree’s presence in the space.Requirements:Experience in compliance, particularly in the digital asset space, including familiarity with AML regulations.Proven experience in sales, with a track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth.Hands-on, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish.Comfortable with uncertainty and willing to take calculated risks to achieve strategic goals.Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.Experience in public speaking is a strong advantage.Living in the EMEA time zone, with availability to work 20-30 hours weekly.Preferred Skills:A genuine interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, and the evolving regulatory environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a fast learner.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why Join Ospree?Play a key role in a growing and innovative company.Flexible remote working environment.Opportunity to lead GTM efforts in a high-potential market.Influence the strategic direction and growth of the company.How to ApplyInitial interviews will begin ASAP, so don’t hesitate to apply.
