EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Role Purpose The Employee Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
He will assist the Senior Manager Employee Relations in all tasks related to the management of labor relations, the involvement of staff on the company's objectives, communication on law and working conditions in order to maintain dialogue Between the employer and the employees for the preservation of the social equilibrium of the workers and the economic equilibrium of the company (profitability and economic sustainability) Key Responsibilities.
• Prepare the monthly and annual reports and provide the company on the data of the employee relations division upon requisition • Preparing for the holding of committees and meetings with trade unions • Draw up minutes of the monthly meetings between the HR and the Trade Union Delegation.
• Assist the Senior Manager Employee Relations in the follow-up of disciplinary cases and ensure the application of legal and regulatory texts.
• Obtain any new legislation or regulations in the field of labor law, social and employers' contributions, social security, etc.
On behalf of the HR; • Analyze and prepare draft memorandums of the Division employee relations on all matters relating to personnel administration, personnel management, communication, popularization of essential concepts of social legislation and HR policies and procedures The improvement of working conditions and the motivation of workers to achieve the objectives pursued by the company.
• Participate in the drafting and review of the policies and procedures of the HR primarily and the company in general.
• Participate in all activities organized by the employee relations division, including the forthcoming trade union elections or collective bargaining and other social issues.
• Assist the Senior Manager Employee Relationships in all contacts of the division employee relations with the FEC, the Labor Inspectorate, the Ministry of Labor, the DGM etc.
• To carry out any other tasks entrusted to him / her by the SM / Employee Relations.
• Support Performance Management.
Assist in the performance management process to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Resolve Issues.
Address and resolve employee concerns and complaints related to work issues.
• Conduct Investigations.
Investigate allegations of inappropriate behavior and ensure fair and thorough processes   Skills and Qualifications.
• Communication Skills.

• Knowledge of Employment Law.
Deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

Proficiency in collecting and analyzing employee data to inform decisions • Problem-Solving.
Strong ability to resolve conflicts and handle sensitive issues.
•  Minimum 2 years of experience in Human resources or a related field The role will report to the Senior Manager Employee Relations Department.
