About the role
As a member of our Search Team, you will lead the engagement and assessment of candidates across the company’s most senior and retained searches. You will be able to solve our clients’ most complex and high-priority talent needs through a combination of exceptional ability to engage, motivate, and influence passive candidates; a strong judgment in selecting which candidates to approach and which to progress through the process; and the ability to both approach the clients’ talent needs with creativity and to influence internal and external stakeholders understanding of the talent pool.
What will you achieve working with us?
You will excel in strategic talent evaluation, utilizing your expertise to assess client talent requirements and devise targeted search strategies. Your efforts will lead to the successful identification and acquisition of top talent aligned with their specific needs.
Your talent identification skills will shine, leveraging innovative approaches to engage and attract high-calibre senior passive candidates.
With your expertise in candidate assessment, you will establish credibility with senior executives and ensure the selection of the best-suited candidates who meet our client's talent needs and are likely to accept an offer.
Your role will extend beyond the internal sphere, as you gather market intelligence and insights. By presenting a consultative view of the talent market, you will effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders, fostering a comprehensive understanding of the talent landscape.

Influential communicator: Exceptional ability to influence and effectively present information to a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients. Adept at building trust, establishing credibility, and fostering successful relationships through persuasive communication.
Project management proficiency: Capacity to handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating self-motivation, the ability to thrive under pressure and stress, and the capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Strong judgment: Consistently making sound decisions when evaluating candidates and determining their suitability for the search process. The ability to exercise discernment and select the most qualified individuals for consideration.
Business development acumen: Highly desirable skills in generating business leads for our Client Services team, contributing to our firm's growth, and expanding our market reach.
