ENGINEER, QUALITY

General Description.
This position is responsible for quality staff labor daily management and as a quality department interface to work with the cross departments to continually improvement process quality and product quality, enhance customer satisfaction and play an important role such as work out advanced quality planning and PPAP submission during new program launch.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities.
Continually improve internal process and product performance and comply with IATF and VDA6.
requirement.
Lead internal lines layered process audit by working with the other functional team.
Effectively manage his or her quality team based off personal BSC and provide support to quality engineers, technician and IPQC daily work in timely manner.
Lead quality issue analysis for internal issues and external issues such as customer incidence and returned goods.
Responsible for BWQS and VDA6.
process audit implementation.
Clean management Work with quality engineer to ensure PPAP submission in timely manner for new program.
Environment, Health, safety and fire management.
People management including daily work arrangement, attendance record, competence building and performance evaluation.
Make sure understand and follow company compliance policy.
Accomplish Business EHS Goals& Objectives proactively.
Carry out Business EHS relevant responsibility proactively and compliance with laws and regulations.
Participation / attendance at safety meetings and training All employee participate in EHS.
Communicating and enforcing safe work procedures Identification and closure of safety issues and their corrective actions.
Saving energy.
Any task/job assigned by superior.
Qualifications & Requirements.
Bachelor Degree in mechanical, engineering is preferred.
8 years Manufacturing Experience;Automotive industry experience is favorable 3 years or above experience in team management as a quality supervisor.
Familiar with VDA6.
, IATF quality system.
Skillful in MSA, and SPC,8D., etc quality tools.
Familiar with AQPQ, PPAP, FMEA, MSA project development tools.
Written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
