e're currently searching for an enthusiastic Engineer to work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the group and create a big impact on the acquisition of top technical talents.
You're going to have global exposure and be able to find and work with very dedicated professionals in a great environment.
ntegrating the HR team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end global recruitment process, with main functions including:- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs.- Continuously communicate to align recruitment process with organizational goals.- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job intake to onboarding.- Headhunt, select, and engage with top talent.- Strive for excellence in candidate quality.- Conduct interviews and create offers/contracts.- Maintain candidates informed about the recruitment process.- Keep tracking of the information in our system.- Facilitate onboarding with a smooth transition for new hires.- Participate in other HR related topics.- Be an ambassador of Sécheron Hasler Group.
