About The RoleWe are looking for an Engineering Team Lead for a multidisciplinary Tech team (Data Engineers, Backend Engineers and Front-end Engineers).
What You’ll Be DoingWorking as an Engineering Team Lead you will be responsible for Using technical experience to work across multiple systems, as well as great communication skills Representing your own team externally, coordinating with other teams and stakeholders.
Collaborating closely with the product manager Ensuring the product team is focused and delivering incremental value, by managing priorities and controlling WIP Managing engineers across a team, guiding and supporting their growth Ensuring the right technical skills and capacity in the team to tackle any challenges the business is solving Location The role is based in Madrid, Spain or London, UK Way of Working.
