We offer customized solutions, based on data analysis, sector expertise and international best practices.What are we looking for?We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant with a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to join our team in the Middle East and participate in a relevant project for an internationally renowned organization.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ERP coupled with an understanding of Digital Transformation initiatives to provide strategic support when needed.Main Functions & Responsibilities:Lead the design of an ERP Integration Master plan, ensuring seamless alignment with business processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored ERP solutions that meet organizational needs.Work closely with internal teams to optimize ERP performance, enhancing system efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards while staying updated on the latest Oracle EBS updates and best practices.Support the digital transformation agenda by providing insights into how ERP solutions can align with modernization efforts.Planning, managing and delivery of digital and tech transformation advisory related projects. Activities may include planning, scoping, budgeting, proposal preparation, development of execution methodologies and resourcing the project.Support our Digital Transformation Office service leadership and dialogue with clients and other related agents.Produce high-quality deliverables on time and budget.Building and promoting strong client relationships by understanding client needs and proposing digital initiatives to serve their needs.Qualifications:Fluent in both oral and written English.Excellent communication (oral and written), client management and influencing skills.Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Accountancy, Business Management, Economics or a relevant field.Have at least 4-6 plus years in proven IT and business experience. With a focus on building ERP solutions for large organizations.Commitment to excellence and an eye for detail in the delivery of contents, design and visual appearance.Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.Not required but highly valued: teaching and mentoring skills.Willingness to relocate: We expect you to be able to relocate to the Middle East, for engagements and direct support to projects.Benefits:Permanent Contract.House and transport allowance.Full relocation support.Yearly vacation flight.If this has resonated with you, apply so we can meet and talk about our common goals!
