EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & OFFICE MANAGER

About Us: We are a fast-growing, dynamic company with an international presence, looking to bring on board a proactive and versatile Executive Assistant & Office Manager. We are opening a branch office and need a self-starter personality for a 20 year old company. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Managing Director while helping establish and manage efficient office operations. If you have a background in property management, payroll, sales, and recruitment, and thrive in a multifaceted role, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Personal Assistance to Managing Director: Directly support the Managing Director with calendar management, meeting setup, travel arrangements, and regular follow-ups.Office Management: Oversee office operations, especially during the setup and establishment phases, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow across all locations.Property Management: Handle all aspects of property management, ensuring that facilities and spaces are maintained, operational, and conducive to productivity.Bill Management: Manage and process office-related expenses across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Local Recruitment: Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes locally, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, to build a strong and capable team.Project Management: Lead and manage projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.Sales Support: Assist with sales-related tasks, such as client follow-ups, setting up meetings, and coordinating communication to support the sales team.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role, preferably with international exposure.Strong property management skills and experience managing office-related bills across multiple locations.Hands-on experience with local recruitment and talent acquisition.Background in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Familiarity with payroll processing and sales support tasks.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.What We Offer:A dynamic, international working environmentOpportunities for growth and development within the companySupportive, creative and growth-oriented atmosphereWork with an experienced team and some of the largest UK / Irish CompaniesIf you are a self-starter with a proven track record in executive support, office management, and project coordination, we would love to meet you.
