EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICES

Mission:Reporting directly to the Corporate Manager, and being part of a global team, he/she will be responsible for the interlocution between the Export Sales area and Supply chain in all issues that require iteration between both areas, mainly: Forecast, customer orders, tenders, pricing.Responsibilities:- Collaborate in the definition of the Forecast process of the company, as well as ensure its compliance in all regions, working on continuous improvement until obtaining adequate forecast accuracy results. She/He is responsible for the consolidation of the forecast and its follow-up at global level.- Tender management. She/He is responsible for being in permanent contact with the Sales area from the detection of commercial opportunities until the offer is presented to the client in all matters related to Supply Chain (Purchasing, planning, procurement and Logistics). He/she is responsible for obtaining from the Supply Chain team the necessary data (costs, lead times, logistic flows, etc.) ensuring that they are real and adapted to the requirements and scenarios of the tender, as well as detecting possible variations.- He/she is responsible for supporting the Sales area in all Supply Chain issues, such as sales price calculation (Rise&Fall formulas), follow-up of customer sales orders, incidents, etc...Requirements:- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar. Master´s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade or similar- At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain departments, and in contact with the Export area, preferably in industrial companies or with complex forecast models.- Analytical profile with a focus on standardization and simplification.- Good communication skills.- Professional level of English. Other languages are desirable.- Experience in Oracle ERP and Salesforce is a plus.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.- Availability to travel.
