Proactive communication on all export order-related issues. Manage Affiliate sales order processing, providing information on all Affiliate inquiries. Manage and sales orders processing for customers, providing information on all inquiries.Order Fulfillment: Delivery creation of available sales orders in accordance with Central OF and Scheduling teams. Challenge central OF, Scheduling, Product Manager to get confirmations, dispo note to customers.Transport Manager: Perform manual transport creation. Contact forwarders to arrange the bookings, as well the customs agent to arrange the export customs declaration (GTS replacement). Contact warehouse to arrange the loads. Check and approve/reject export logistic invoices.Shipping documentation management: Execute physical handling of shipping documents. Send shipping documents to export customers when no automatization is in place. Send shipping documents to banks depending on payment term.Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Export, Commercial, Business management or similar.Minimum 1 year of experience performing functions related to those described in industrial company.Experience with SAP system and MS Microsoft.Fluency in EnglishSkills/knowledge:Ability to work within a team environment but also independently.Strong organization skillsAbility to communicate effectively.Develop and maintain a close customer relationship!Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages are welcomed.Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers and colleagues.Capability of working to tight deadlines, urgencies, and unexpected issuesAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
