The Project!As a Facilities Administration Intern you will have three key main roles: support and monitor preventive and reactive maintenance, assist in store closures and refitting and ensuring all our spaces for our PVH brands (SIS corners, offices and showrooms) are in pristine and up to date conditions.
What will the role entail?
Support the preventive and reactive maintenance of all the company’s properties (stores, offices, corners and showrooms) through GMAO system.
Oversee and support all aspects of facility maintenance, collaborating closely with suppliers and ensuring repairs, renovations, and safety inspections are up to date.
Support day to day vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality service delivery.
Support project management for store closures and small refits, assisting in the budgeting, relocation, selection and disposal of the store elements.
Close collaboration with various departments to address facility-related needs and support business objectives.
