Las tareas ha desempeñar serían las propias de atención a clientes de forma online, que previamente hubieran mostrado interés en nuestros servicios.
Para la gestión diaria del flujo de clientes se cuenta con un software propio.
El proceso, a grandes rasgos, consistiría en entender la necesidad del cliente para poder ofrecerle, de ser posible, nuestros servicios.
Modalidad.
Presencial.
Jornada laboral.
Lunes a viernes de h a h y de h a h.
Ubicación.
Elche, Alicante.
Requisitos.
Experiencia en ventas o atención al cliente.
Formación en el ámbito de la educación (Licenciatura/grado o Máster de Profesorado).
Capacidad analítica para determinar las necesidades de los clientes.
Empatía.
Se valora.
Manejo de herramienta CRM.
Manejo del entorno Apple (Mac, Iphone).
Realización de programaciones didácticas, unidades didácticas/situaciones de aprendizaje, TFG o TFM.
Conocimiento de la normativa educativa (LOE, LOMLOE, normativa autonómica, etc.).
