We are seeking a Field Enablement Associate to support the creation and execution of internal training and enablement content for our TPM sales teams.
In this entry-level role, you will assist in developing, organizing, and maintaining sales training materials and onboarding resources under the direction of senior team members.
You will follow detailed instructions to help implement structured enablement initiatives, ensuring our sales teams have easy access to the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities.
Assist in developing and maintaining sales enablement content and communications, including training videos, pages, and other resources within our enablement platform, Seismic.
Organize and update enablement materials to ensure they remain accurate, relevant, and easily accessible.
Collaborate with enablement team members to execute training programs and onboarding initiatives.
Collect feedback from sales teams and track the effectiveness of enablement programs to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications.
0-2 years of experience in enablement, sales, marketing, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with content creation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, iMovie, or Adobe is a plus.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
