Provide technical support & will work on the customer premises including.
installations, maintenance & reparation.
This is a fixed term contract with a possibility of extension.
Your role.
Identify stakeholders in other departments, outside radiology, to establish a cooperative interaction.
Interactions with different hospital departments to understand workflows and help in order to fit the customer needs.
Deliver remote and on-site support of the customer, on-site coverage & technical assistance Provide vital link in the escalation process to Remote Support Centre (RSC), maintaining problem ownership Update technically documentation concerning sites Set the highest standards for customer communication and documentation/ paperwork/ reports Actively adhere to company Working Practices and Health & Safety guidelines You're the right fit if you have.
Technical University degree Experience with PACS and/or RIS Health products - advantage Basic experience with Oracle or SQL databases, Unix & Windows Experience of working remotely supporting Software- advantage Language skills.
