Your work-life opportunity As part of the controlling team within the Finance Performance department, you will play a key role by providing financial analyses and insights to the Company’s decision-makers.

Ensure management reporting completeness and accuracy, including adequate cost allocation Provide valuable financial analyses and insights to all relevant stakeholders and decision-makers Actively contribute to the establishment of the annual budget and monthly reviews of the estimations Drive continuous cost optimization Ensure financial reporting compliance Create, enhance, and maintain financial dashboards and analyses Develop procedures and controls for your areas Support the implementation of the department’s projects Support the Company’s decision-makers with any ad-hoc requests Support in the monthly calculation of the intercompany transactions (recharges between entities) You have.
1 or 2 years of experience in audit, accounting, and/or controlling Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting Advanced command of the English language Google Workspace expertise, especially in Excel Proven track record, strong business acumen, problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach, proactive and autonomous, good vibes An ability to take any problem, deep dive, reveal route cause, draft improvement solutions, and communicate to stakeholders The ability to summarize and present complex issues in a simple way Obsessed with continuous improvements, delivering value, and allergic to manual tasks Nice-to-haves.
