FINANCIAL OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE (PART TIME)

Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VO IS) and we’re looking for a     Financial Operations Associate Your role in a nutshell.
In this position you will assist in managing the financial and administrative functions in the Finance Department.
You will be responsible for maintaining internal and external stakeholders, handling Procure to Pay processes for Real Estate team which are related to invoices and contracts.
You will also keep regular contact with Vantage Towers’s key partners answering and investigating vendor queries focusing on the Hungarian market.
What you'll do.
Handling real estate related invoices and contracts in accordance with country specific tax and legal requirements Taking part in contract creations and modifications  Monitor and book incoming invoices, ensure timely and accurate invoice processing Execute regular and ad-hoc payments to vendors and maintain payment records in sub-ledger Ensure that information for queries are provided both for internal and external parties Keep in touch with the vendors in order to answer their queries via phone and e-mail Contact with stakeholders when it comes to operational questions, issues Participate in the month-end closing process and supporting month-end-closing activities Support the P2P - Real Estate interns and colleagues Maintaining regular contact with other departments (like tax team or payment team)   What you'll bring to the team.
Fluent English language knowledge At least 2 years of experience gained a multinational/ SSC environment Experience in the field of AP/AR is advantage Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is also an advantage Experience working with global ERP systems, like SAP Customer focus and great communication skills Good analytical and problem solving skills In return we provide you with.
