Founded in 2021, Iter Advisors is growing quickly and looking for a seasoned CFO/Finance Manager to help us during this critical phase.Joining us now is a unique opportunity to be part of the foundation of an exciting and ambitious project.Reporting to CFO, Partner & BoardYou will work with various external stakeholders (fiscal consultants, payroll companies, advisors) and maintain strong internal relationships across all departments for each clients & partners you will have under your management. ResponsibilitiesManage a Team of 1-3 Finance Analyst(s) to assist you on your dutiesLead financial planning and analysis to provide business-driving insights.Manage financial statement forecasting, budgeting, and strategic long-term planning.Develop business analysis tools and KPI dashboards.Ensure accurate financial metrics and reporting standards.Maintain relationships with external accountants, banks, and tax advisors.Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable, and Cash Management activities.Clients, Board and Shareholder Relations: Handle the relationship and requests between the Board of Directors/shareholders of the clients and the client itself, ensuring clear and effective communication.Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of junior finance analysts, ensuring their growth and development within the company.Client Portfolio Management: Take charge of a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring top-notch financial management and client satisfaction.RequirementsNative or fluency in Spanish, fluency in English.7-8+ years of experience in financial positions covering Accounting, FP&A, Reporting, Budgeting, Cash Control.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with your managers, C-level, employees at all levels of the organization as well as external providers.You have a great attention to detail.You value autonomy, independence, and trust in your work, always eager to take on new challenges and implement new ideas.You feel at home and thrive in an international environment.You are calm, capable of defending your decisions in a rational and empathetic manner, thus inspiring confidence and creating trust.Thinking outside the box and inquisitive – wants to improve the finance function and will drive change and implement those changes.
