Strategic Responsibilities Business Strategy & Innovation Partner with Product to identify and prioritize high-ROI improvements Provide technical guidance during design sprints and workshops Develop integration strategies between CX Factory and core development teams Create and track technical success metrics Collaborate with senior leadership on roadmap Champion innovative solutions while maintaining system stability Identify emerging technologies with potential to reshape customer experience Technical Leadership Architect and implement front-end optimizations across our core solutions platform Lead front-end development of Commerce XP POC website and CAIL innovation projects Implement front-end optimizations for Transparent DSP improvements Oversee implementation of successful Hackathon projects Establish coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation Team Management Build a high-performing team that sets the CX excellence standard Manage resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation Who You Are.
