About ASHERMAN THERAPYAt Asherman Therapy, we are offering a GENERAL MANAGER position, based in Paterna, Valencia (Spain), to lead the company, with direct responsibility for managing strategy, alliances with partners, sales, operations and organization.At Asherman Therapy, we are dedicated to advancing the treatment of Asherman’s Syndrome through cutting-edge research and innovative therapies. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes by providing effective, science-backed solutions for endometrial regeneration.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Asherman Therapy Planning Manager: 1) Define Asherman Therapy's strategy to meet the objectives set by the Board of Directors. 2) Define and implement the Business Plan, including: 2.1) Marketing Plan, including content creation, communication through different channels and events to generate awareness. 2.2) Sales plan, including product launches and recurring sales process. 2.3) International expansion plan. 3) Define and implement the Operations Plan, including: 3.1) Purchasing: selecting, negotiating and contracting suppliers. 3.2) Procurement: determine the level of inventory needed in Asherman Therapy's warehouses and perform provisioning in coordination with the administrator. 4) Define and implement the Organizational Plan, together with the HR manager, including: 4.1) Company organizational chart. 4.2) Key HR actions: training, performance evaluation, others. 4.3) Recruitment and training of Asherman Therapy employees. 4.4) Legal form of the entity. 5)Define and implement the Financial Plan, including: 5.1) Projected financial statements, in collaboration with Controlling. 5.2) Capital structure, including debt negotiation with banks and capital raising rounds. 5.3) Optimization of working capital, balance sheet and other areas of the company's financial health.Manage treatment and patient care processes so that they are carried out with the established level of quality and customer experience, monitoring a scorecard of indicators and intervening early in cases necessary to avoid patient dissatisfaction.Represent Asherman Therapy at medical congresses, along with the Medical Director.Manage the company's information systems, including CRM, EHR/EMR, QMS and others. It includes the definition of requirements, the selection of the most appropriate tool, implementation and subsequent use. Work carried out in coordination with the Director of Technology.Lead relationships with external entities such as: 1) Suppliers of materials and facilities, together with the Medical Director. 2) Customers, along with sales employees. 3) Notary and other legal entities.Responsible for the organization of Asherman Therapy including making relevant day-to-day decisions, resolving conflicts in staff and managing unexpected problems.Manage the Board of Directors of Asherman Therapy, including scheduling and conducting board meetings, the taking and subsequent signing of minutes, the follow-up of the next steps and the presentation of Annual Accounts.Required skills and experience:Academic background: Advanced training in Biology, Biotechnology, Medicine, Engineering, Law, Business Administration and Management or equivalent.MBA or equivalent.Professional experience:In the functions described minimum of 5 years.Experience in the health sector (e.g. managing a clinic) or pharmaceutical sector (e.g. marketing a therapy) highly appreciated.Other requirements:Excellent leadership skills: project management, financial analysis, teamwork, communication, strategic vision, prioritization, conflict management, negotiation.Excellent level of English.Knowledge of the industry in which Asherman Therapy operates clinical environment and pharmaceutical treatment.Availability to travel internationally.Labor conditions:Participate in a research project framed within women’s health in a highly motivating team.Our facilities are in Parque Tecnológico de Paterna.
