The hotel is an ideal destination for families or couples.

ill be responsible for the operations, coordination, management, supervision and analysis of results of all the Departments of the Hotel.
ead and inspire high performance of the hotel teams by continuously evaluating and maintaining high service, quality and productive processes and workflow.

January Qualifications What do we expect from you?A minimum of three (2) years of experience in General Manager positions.
nowledge of the vacation market is mandatory.
xperience in Events.
xperience in contract management (reporting to owners/properties).

perational focus, problem solving skills to manage with the challenges of the area, calmness and social/teamwork to be close to the team and properties.
unctional knowledge of all department operations.
igh level of Spanish and English is mandatory - verbal and written.
roven ability in Human Resources Management & Talent Development.
nowledge of IT tools used in hotel management.
