The essence of this role is to provide administrative support to bid projects / workstreams / governance processes.
Manage communication with stakeholders, liaise between different functions within the Vodafone Business Germany organization, coordinate and track inputs.
Maintain database.
What you’ll do.
• Support internal stakeholders, mainly bid managers and account managers with different regular and ad hoc tasks, which contribute to successful completion of an RFI response (P&L review, margin discussions, strategy briefings) • Take ownership of documentation standards and templates, manage the content sharing platform.
Ensure standard contents are managed properly, solutions for improvement are worked out • Participate in the governance process through categorization and dispatching of sales opportunities in Salesforce • Provide support related to process improvement and any other internal projects • Coordinate and structure communication among project stakeholders (approval support) • Update regular project status reports, improve reporting (Pre- und Post sales).
• Ensure governance process steps are followed by stakeholders (Governance monitoring and documentation storage) .
What you’ll bring to the team.
