A leading company in the Transportation industry is looking for a "Global Operations Performance & Analytics Manager" to be based in Spain.Job SummaryThe Global Performance & Analytics Manager is responsible to drive the global implementation of a KPI culture by setting standards across all business departments and providing accurate and timely analytics and recommendations to address challenges and opportunities in the operations and ensuring that staff and managers have the tools and skills needed to use insights from data and analytics in their planning and decision making.In this role, close collaboration and coordination with the whole company and across all lines of business is part of the daily routine.The Manager Global Performance & Analytics supports and co-leads projects involving 3rd- party companies, to further develop the company's performance landscape and create transparency to the executive management and provides training/workshops on various tools to managers and staff to enable a self-servicing environment to get insights from data and analytics for their planning and decision making.Job Responsibilities1. This person will be considered the global reference person/point of contact on how to run our fleet management processes in MAXIMO IBM:a. This person must have a compelling/deep experience working with Maximo IBM. At least as afrequent/master user and preferably as developer.b. This person shall have used Maximo IBM to mange mobile assets such as cars, trucks, buses, etc, not fixed assets such as buildings, electric powerplants or other infrastructure, as this defines the way in which Maximo IBM processes are customized.c. This person shall have been responsible for ensuring the right stability and coherence ofMaximo IBM across an entire organization with different work centres, not only focused on a smallwork centre or a reduced list of assets.2. This person shall be able to extract real-time information of any kind from Maximo IBM and plot it out in all kinds of Power BI dashboards. This means:a. This person shall be able to configurate Maximo IBM to provide all kind of information reports.b. This person shall be able to use Power BI in a very high excellence level, in order to build allnecessary reports to be fed by the info to be obtained from Maximo.3. This person shall be considered as the MAXIMO IBM and Power BI “guru” within the fleet organization:a. This person will be the one performing the training sessions to our regional Maximo IBM super-users and workshop managers.b. This person will be the point of contact when any of our fleet responsible teams in any region or station has got a query or a doubt on how to operate with Maximo IBM or to read the Power BIKPIs/dashboards.c. This person will be able to deploy/articulate in Maximo IBM any new directive, strategy, process or procedure that may be mandated by Global Fleet.d. This person will be the main contact point with our Maximo IBM service provider, asking, chasing and pushing them for the required support, resolution of technical issues, creation of newlicenses, logins, etc.Qualifications and CompetenciesHigher education, relevant university degree is an advantage.Excellent command of MAXIMO IBM toolExperienced working with Power BIVery good command of the MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and databases in generalAny BI tool of advantageDiscrete, used to work with a high sense of confidentialityReliable, willing to perform and have a precise working style, passionate about dataStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong customer orientation and negotiation skills paired with the ability to deal with stakeholdersExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence a range of audiencesFluent command of English as the corporate language, any other language is a plusWillingness to travelIf you are interested in the role, please apply and submit your CV in English.
