DescripciónCompany Overview:We are a leading industrial company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of high-performance electric motors. Our products are renowned for their reliability, efficiency, and innovation, serving a wide range of industries through engineering firms worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts on an international scale.Position Summary:The Global Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the company's global sales strategy, expanding our market presence, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the industrial market and a proven track record in sales management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling technical products, particularly electric motors, and will be adept at building and maintaining relationships with engineering firms and key industry stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and markets for electric motors.Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering firms, distributors, and key industry partners.Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing international sales team.Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands and product offerings.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the industrial sector.Proven track record of successfully managing global sales operations and achieving revenue targets.Deep understanding of electric motors and their applications.Strong network within the engineering community and related industries.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Willingness to travel internationally as required.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and innovative work environment.
