This important role involves maximizing fill rates for our global customers, optimizing stock levels, and streamlining supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will use their expertise to improve efficiency, lower costs, and ensure timely product delivery, ultimately enhancing overall supply chain performance.Key Roles and Functions: Strategic OptimizationDevelop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels across all plants and warehouses. Enhance supply chain flows to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.Ensure adherence to inventory targets and internal service level targets by monitoring and steering operational supply planning and change management-related activities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate fill rates and customer satisfaction.Data-Driven Decision MakingUtilize advanced analytics to monitor and forecast supply chain performance. Implement robust data tracking and reporting systems to identify and address inefficiencies. Collaborate with IT to integrate cutting-edge supply chain technologies and tools.Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the global supply chainCross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams to align supply chain objectives. Risk ManagementIdentify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity. Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain. Monitor global market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.Leadership and Development Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing mentorship and development opportunities. Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
