You'll oversee the performance and productivity of our global network of trainers, ensuring they deliver the high-quality lessons that were known for. Your leadership will foster a thriving, collaborative working environment for our trainers, helping them excel in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.What You Will Do Collaborate with a diverse network of international online trainers to ensure delivery of engaging, high-quality lessons across the board.Monitor trainer performance, ensuring alignment with our key internal metrics and driving consistent excellence.Lead initiatives to enhance trainer performance, from proposing improvements to following through on actionable solutions.Take charge of recruiting exceptional trainers who will elevate our teams expertise and impact.Manage the HR aspects of our trainer team, fostering a positive, productive work environment.Partner closely with internal teamsLearning Consultants, Sales, Customer Success, and Business Developmentto streamline processes and ensure seamless communication.Conduct quarterly reviews to evaluate and nurture trainer development and success.What You Will Need A Bachelors or College degree, backed by a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, especially if based in Latin America.Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams across different cultures.Flexibility and agility in adapting to evolving business needs and fast-changing environments.A knack for multitasking, keeping multiple projects and priorities in sync without missing a beat.Bonus points if you have experience in teaching or a background working in multicultural settings.What We OfferOur culture is unlike anywhere else.
