Hitachi Cooling and Heating is seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer with strong Project Management skills to join our Global Brand Experience Team.
As a Brand Guardian, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our brand identity globally while supporting various brand and marketing-related projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where creativity and strategic thinking are highly valued.
The position requires experience and knowledge of graphic design tools but is focused on providing support and feedback to different regional teams rather than being a purely creative role.
Key Responsibilities.
Brand Guardian.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of the Hitachi Cooling and Heating brand across all touchpoints at a global level.
- Develop, maintain, and reinforce brand guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with internal multifunctional teams to create and deliver brand-compliant materials.
- Monitor and evaluate the brand's presence across various channels and make recommendations for improvements.
Graphic Design (30 % of the position's workload).
- Occasionally support business units creating visually compelling graphics for digital and print media.
- Work with the Brand Experience team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Stay updated with design trends and tools.
Project Management (70 % of the position's workload).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including digital, segment team to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
- Assist in the development and execution of global brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global strategies to local markets.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing the brand experience.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and project management, preferably within a global or large-scale organization.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Understanding of branding and some knowledge of marketing.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment is a plus.
- High level of English (total professional competence).
