Your contribution.
You are responsible for leading and mentoring the IT Service Delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement towards our digital transformation Developing and utilising the full innovation potential of the IT Service Delivery team to increase operational efficiency and automation Managing the lifecycle of our strategic IT platforms (Force.
om, SiteTracker, ServiceNow, AWS, GCP), from implementation to decommissioning Overseeing the execution of IT programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget Engaging with business stakeholders and SteerCos to align IT initiatives with organizational goals and priorities Identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT service delivery, ensuring continuity and reliability of services Drive the transition from silo thinking to an end-to-end view where IT is not only responsible for technical execution and maintenance, but also for strategic planning to grow the business What makes you stand out.
At least 8 years of professional experience in project management methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum, ensuring successful delivery of complex IT projects and programs An university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field A proven ability to lead, mentor and inspire a diverse IT team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration Innovative thinking and readiness for change to drive the continuous transformation of digitisation A deep understanding of strategic IT platforms such as Force.
om, SiteTracker, ServiceNow, AWS, and GCP, including their implementation and lifecycle management.
Strong skills in engaging and managing relationships with business stakeholders and steering committees, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives Ability to have an end-to-end view to utilise IT measures to increase business success Fluent English skills written and spoken (C1), German skills are an advantage What we offer.
