We're seeking a tech-savvy operations leader who gets excited about creating efficient systems that empower creative work.
You'll be the backbone of our agency, ensuring everything runs smoothly while our creative teams focus on what they do best.

- Oversee company-wide resource allocation and team scheduling - Manage company finances, budgeting, and expense tracking - Drive operational efficiency through process improvement and smart tool implementation - Monitor and report on project and company profitability - Manage relationships with vendors, freelancers, and service providers - Oversee administrative staff and external consultants - Champion the implementation and optimization of digital tools and workflows - Ensure efficient resource allocation across all projects and teams We're looking for.
- 5+ years of operations management experience in a creative agency setting - Proven track record of implementing and managing agency metrics and KPIs - Strong financial acumen with experience in project profitability tracking - Excellence in digital tool usage (project management software, spreadsheets, etc.) - Experience managing external vendors and building reliable resource networks - Proficiency in both English and Spanish as we work bilingually
