Are you ready to take your career to the next level in sunny Barcelona?Job Title: Head of People and Culture (General Manager)Location: Barcelona, SpainSalary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Visa & Relocation Support (Post-trial period which will be remote working from home).We are working with a fast-growing web development agency that is looking for a dynamic Head of People and Culture (General Manager) to join their vibrant team. This is your chance to lead, inspire, and make a real impact in a city known for its stunning architecture, beautiful beaches, and electric energy. If you're passionate about people and building awesome work cultures, this could be your dream move!Providing both parties are happy after the trial period the role is based in Barcelona full time. We see the first 3 months as an acclimation period where you will work remotely and at times make trips to Barcelona. Our client will pay full expenses to enable you to get know the office and the city without making the full move to Spain YET. We don’t seek full commitment YET as we know this is a big move for you. Together you and the company will review the process in 12 weeks but in the long term, this role and your life would be in Barcelona.
