Before learning more about the position, we think it might be interesting for you to learn a little about us:We are a 100% family-owned business (specifically, a family of more than 30,000 employees).We operate in 35 countries, and our headquarters is based in Palma de Mallorca.Our values (Passion, Responsibility, Transparency, Creativity, and Humility) are very important to us, and all our actions are aligned with them.We are pioneers in responsible tourism (check out our Wave of Change movement to learn more).If this sounds interesting to you... maybe this is your place! :)The Head of Revenue Operations EMEA is responsible for leading the EMEA Revenue Team to ensure revenue optimization across the region, in accordance with the hotels’ budget and forecast.- Your main responsibilities will include:Reporting to the EMEA Revenue Director, the Head of Revenue EMEA is responsible for:Leading the Revenue Team to motivate, providing leadership, challenge and support them with problem solving, proactively and in the decision-making process if neededMonitoring the Revenue performance and optimization processes, according to the hotel's budget and forecast and Revenue guidelines.Maximizing room revenue contribution through understanding demand and booking patterns, in accordance with Iberostar pricing policies.Supervising the weekly hotel sales performance and forecast with the Revenue Team, to identify deviations and propose actions if needed.Working with the Revenue Team and Destination Sales Team to seek opportunities of growth, with regional task-forces, in terms of revenue at the highest quality and driving incremental demand to needed hotels.Driving incremental revenue and opportunities based on a data-driven analysis, while anticipating market opportunities and conditions.Tracking yield & pricing process and criteria over the region and destinations to align regional strategy and optimal business mix tactics.Playing a key role in the Pricing and Budgeting processes across the year.Participate in the Commercial meetings with the Revenue and Sales Team.- Who is the ideal candidate for this position?The ideal person for this role should meet the following requirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or Business administration with proven education in Hospitality or Hotel Revenue Management.More than 5 years of experience as Head of Revenue, or in a senior position leading Revenue Teams.Distinguished experience in commercial management, account management or similarInspirational leadership, detail oriented, analytical and problem solving skills.Passionate for Sales and Revenue Management.Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.Strong in numerical analysis and data-driven decision-making, experience with the rolling forecast process.Excellent Excel /Sheets /Business Intelligence skills.Fluent in English and Spanish. - Academic qualifications and work experience:Relevant background in Hospitality, Tourism and Revenue Management.Experience with Hotel Reservation Systems in the last 10 years.Experience with Revenue Management Systems or Forecasting models in the last 3 years.Experience with hotel distribution channels. - Our proposal for you:We offer you the opportunity to be part of a great company and develop your career with us and enjoy:Attractive salary package and company benefits.You will be part of our Iberostar Vitality community, with access to a multitude of wellness activities.Smart working: flexible working hours, hybrid-work model.Opportunity for progression and career growth within the company: variety of opportunities and projects that will allow you to develop your potential and grow professionally every day.Work in an inspiring environment that is committed to people, values and a responsible tourism model.We will be happy to provide you with more information about the position and learn more about your profile and expectations!#WeAreIberostar
