Job Description Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Northern Europe market.
Lead and manage the wholesale sales team to achieve sales targets.
Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners.
Provide regular sales forecasts and market insights to the C-Suite.
Ensure the sales team have the necessary resources to perform effectively.
Identify new business opportunities to ensure growth and expansion.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
The Successful Applicant A successful 'Head of Sales Wholesale North of Europe' should have.
Proven experience in a senior sales role within the retail industry.
A strong network of contacts within the Northern Europe market.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate a team.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
A strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
Proficiency in multiple languages would be beneficial.
