These are just some of the areas in which we operate!Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for a: Help Desk Specialist!Contract: B2B (Autonomo)Model: on-site from ValenciaLocation: ValenciaContract Length: 1 yearLanguage: English, SpanishResponsibilities: The tasks expected to be performed by the local support agent in his corresponding country.● Prepare laptop for new employee● Recover laptop for terminated employee● Perform troubleshooting● Perform user support for the current hardware present in our venue○ Meeting room○ Printer○ Auditorium○ Laptop○ Smartphone○ Cabling○ Headset/keyboard/mouse○ Basic Network support with the help of our network team in our HQ● Perform ticket management● Perform inventory process● Perform remote support● Perform order and reception of hardware according to Glovo IT process● Perform access card configuration● Find and interact with a local provider or partner for○ Ordering a laptop○ Ordering hardware○ Recycle hardware○ Install AV equipment○ Print access card● Report work done and hours performed to IT management● Support local events like standup or culture day● Propose technical solution to the local issue reportedRequirements:● A degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.● 3+ years of relevant full-time experience in IT HelpDesk.● Experience supporting Windows and MacOSX environments.● Experience supporting Google Workspace, Zoom and Slack services.● Experience with Jira Service Desk or similar.● Experience with OneLogin or similar.● Good problem-solving and analytical skills with a technical mindset.● Great communication skills and solution-oriented approach.
