Your contribution.
Maintenance of employee data and personnel measures by data preparation and processing Data collection and template filling for HR processes and independent creation of employment contracts, letters of change and similar documents Independent management and implementation of employee changes and reorganization, including works council hearings and contact person for the works councilsin the event of any queries Administration of Employee Benefits programs, Recognition Programs and International Mobility Advice and sparring for questions from employees and HR colleagues on HR processes, HR governance and employment contract issues Independent implementation of all terminations under the applicable regulations Project participation in the implementation of any HR projects Initiating the further development and continuous improvement of procedures and processes with People Services Team and at the interfaces   What makes you stand out.
Apprenticeship, ideally with focus on personnel or HR-relevant content or equivalent At least 3 years of professional experience in HR organizations or comparable activities Basic knowledge of labor law and knowledge of dealing with worker’s council Written and spoken German and English Strong basic knowledge of tax and social security law Good knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP HCM landscape and the global SuccessFactors system Experience in process design and project management Ability to work in a team, high social competence and resilience What we offer.
