We are a dynamic and growing company expanding our operations in Worldwide. As we establish our presence in this vibrant market, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in setting up our HR functions from scratch and ensuring the effective management of our human capital. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **HR Setup and Management:** - Establish and develop the HR department, including the creation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Spain. - Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees, ensuring a seamless experience. 2. **Talent Acquisition:** - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. - Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, selection, and hiring. - Work closely with the HQ recruitment team to ensure successful local recruitment aligned with business needs - Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. 3. **Employee Relations:** - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives. - Address employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. - Implement programs and activities to boost employee morale and satisfaction. 4. **Training and Development:** - Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance. - Implement career development plans and succession planning strategies. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. 5. **Compensation and Benefits:** - Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company's offerings remain attractive and competitive. - Administer payroll and benefits programs efficiently and accurately. 6. **HR Strategy and Planning:** - Partner with local leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. - Provide insights and recommendations on HR-related matters to support business decisions. - Monitor and report on HR metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience (at least 7-10 years) in a senior HR role, preferably with experience in setting up HR functions from scratch. - Strong knowledge of Spain labor laws and regulations. - Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong leadership and management capabilities. - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in HR software and systems.
