Then keep reading!  Our client is a world-class BPO provider looking for a hands-on HR Manager for their Istanbul site, to oversee the main aspects of human resources, including compliance, compensation, employee engagement, retention, L&D, benefits, and much more.

Don’t miss out on being part of an awesome team!  Main Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives  Develop and deliver training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge Be part of all activities related to the life cycle of the employees (eg.
performance management, compensation and benefits programs, health and safety...) to promote employee growth and retention Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders including HRBPs, Finance, business leaders, to accurately diagnose employee satisfaction issues and provide advice and solutions that maximize business results Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance Attend to all payroll matters and queries Improve current initiatives and bring the HR function to the next level   You will have 1 direct report (HR Generalist) Core Skills/experience A degree in HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a similar field 5+ years of professional experience in HR, including the development of HR policies and procedures, sourcing and recruitment processes, compensation and benefits, talent development, and employee retention programs Previous experience in the BPO sector is highly valued At least 1 year of experience in managing and leading a team Strong knowledge of Turkish labour laws and regulations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment Resourceful, proactive and an out-of-the-box thinker to keep driving improvements A great team player  with stealer communication and interpersonal skills You can adapt easily and give the best support to the business Proficient in HR technology and systems
