HR PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Tareas
Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing of EMEA payrolls.
Maintain payroll processing systems and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
Review data feeds from the HR system, ensuring that fixed data changes are made in the payroll system and data remains consistent across both systems.
Work closely with payroll vendors and other third parties to ensure a smooth monthly process.
Administer employee benefits, including liaising with relevant suppliers.
Provide payroll and benefits reports to HR and Finance.
Maintain the internal Payroll Procedures manual, updating any changes in processes and documenting new ones.
Respond to complex payroll questions from cross-functional departments and employees, escalating as needed.
Ensure best practices are followed in day-to-day activities.
Continue to optimize business processes.
Requisitos
What You'll Bring:
Clear understanding of all aspects of payroll (Germany) with previous experience managing outsourced payroll suppliers.
A drive to develop and learn new skills.
Ability to liaise across multiple work locations efficiently and in a timely manner.
Ability to identify and implement payroll improvement processes.
Professional experience in Payroll/HR environment.
Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits.
Excellent Excel skills.
Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced English language skills.
