Promote the cultural mindset evolution, to align it with the strategical master plan of the company. Act as a key business partner to promote the sustainable development of the sites.Specific ResponsibilitiesImplant, maintain and improve the Work Safety and Health Management System.Implant, maintain and improve the Environmental Protection Management System.Monitor the development of the preventive activities of the concerted External Prevention Service (SPA), collaborating in the implementation and accomplishment of the Prevention Plan in all the areas of the manufacturing Sites.Perform the occupational risk assessments in the design of new manufacturing processes and risk situations detected.Coordinate activities and interact with external prevention services.Monitor individual and collective safety in work practices.Coordinate and participate in accident/incidents investigations.Lead the EHS&S Team members to promote their successful professional development.Requirements and personal skillsEducation: University Degree and specific qualification on Prevention of Occupational Risks. Environmental degree is desirableLanguages: Fluent Spanish and English.Experience (years/area): +8 years of experience in EHS management positions, preferably in process industries.Specific Knowledge: Occupational risk prevention, management systems, environmental protection, ergonomics, toxicity, flammability, sustainability, carbon footprint.Personal skills: Teamwork, proactivity, resilience, impact, influence, customer-oriented, focus on targets.
