We are hiring on behalf of a leading consulting firm that empowers businesses through innovative HR technology solutions. The company is seeking an experienced HRIS Application Specialist to join their dynamic team and play a key role in managing and optimizing HR systems to drive operational excellence.Role Overview: As an HRIS Application Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining HR technology platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless system performance, data integrity, and efficient HR workflows.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain HRIS applications, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving HRIS-related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system improvements.Support HR data reporting and analytics to drive informed decision-making.Monitor system performance and manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations.Provide user training and create documentation to ensure optimal system usage.Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and best practices.Requirements:Proven experience in managing HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).Strong technical knowledge of HR systems configuration and integrations.Experience with HR data reporting and analytics tools.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).Previous experience in a consulting environment is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary (€50,000 annually).Fully remote work from Spain.Opportunities for professional growth and training.A collaborative and innovative work environment.
