You will provide support on Assisting on the recruitment needs.
advertising vacancies on the recruitment job boards approaching suitable candidates, CV pre-screening and conducting interviews Support in the creation of dashboards and metrics Identify opportunities for hiring process optimization and improve candidate experience Collaboration in transversal HR projects Assisting on CSR activities Learning & Development initiatives Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes Requirements Studying a Bachelor's degree or Master preferred in HR or related field Fluency in English Minimum availability of 6 months Availability of h/week High level of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) A passion for HR/people Your mindset is about facing new challenges with optimism, energy and motivation (You will be part of a very dynamic environment!)
