The HR Manager defines HR processes and leads the HR team.
He\/she responds to all day-to-day HR issues, drawing on the technical expertise of dedicated departments.
He\/she supports management in its HR role throughout the management cycle.
He\/she works to align HR and business objectives by supporting PayXpert in its change management and transformations.
He\/she places people at the heart of the organisation.
He\/she detects and anticipates HR needs in order to respond concretely to roadmap objectives.
He\/she ensures the well-being of employees in all HR areas.
He\/she works alongside the decision-making management team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Defining HR policy and strategy - Acting as a permanent interface with general management and employee representatives.
- Gathering their expectations and needs on HR issues.
- Defining and monitoring objectives, KPIs and resources to optimise operational performance, and reporting to senior management.
- Implementing the various aspects of the strategy.

Managing social dialogue - Advising senior management, managers and HR teams on the quality of workplace relations and working conditions (health, safety and well-being).
- Ensuring industrial relations.

- Representing management, in particular, in dealings with administrative authorities (labour inspectorate and occupational medicine) and judicial authorities (industrial tribunal) in Spain.
- Ensuring that labour law and legal provisions are applied and complied with (Labour Code, collective agreements, branch agreements, regulations).
- Monitor the risks of legal non-compliance (equality law, exercise of the right to alert, in particular).
- Ensuring that everyone is given a sense of purpose and is able to contribute to the entity's performance, within a framework that is discussed and clarified, motivating and fair.

With a degree in Human Resources, the HR Manager needs to have more than seven years' professional experience in HR to be eligible for this type of position.
A taste for challenge, a results-oriented culture, a \"solutions\" orientation and flexibility are essential qualities for this position; Education & Job Experience Experience (>3 years) in managing an HR team Solid knowledge of employment law.
