You will be the main point of contact for all IAM design and architecture matters, and you will oversee the IAM design governance, standards, and best practices. You will also collaborate with other stakeholders across the organization to align the IAM portfolio with the business objectives and security strategy.Responsibilities • Comprehend and support the strategic vision, the mission and the goals of the IAM. Build and manage the IAM portfolio, in accordance with the organization's strategy and culture.• Identify dependencies, critical paths, review project priorities, if necessary, identify the architecture / design decisions to be taken proactively and force decision making.• Coordinate and communicate with other teams and departments, such as Enterprise Architect, legal, compliance, and business units, to ensure the IAM portfolio supports the organizational goals and requirements.• Review and update the IAM roadmap and budget and ensure that they are aligned with the organization's needs, expectations, and resources.• Lead and manage the IAM design and architecture activities, including the design, implementation, and optimization of the IAM processes, tools, and technologies to enhance the security, usability, and scalability of the IAM solutions.• Maintain a centralized view with all up-to-date documentation (process descriptions, user journeys, architecture decision records). Leverage knowledge in the IAM portfolio, organizational goals and requirements to suggest how to improve the IAM vision, to best fit requirements and gain maturity.• Develop and maintain the IAM policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure they are followed and enforced.• Research and evaluate new technologies, trends, and best practices in the IAM domain, and recommend solutions that can enhance the IAM capabilities and efficiency.• Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics for the IAM portfolio, and provide regular reports and feedback to the Head of IAM and other stakeholders.• Provide guidance and support to the IAM team and other stakeholders in handling IAM issues, requests, and escalations. As an IAM strategy evangelist, use storytelling and user journey definitions to empower and inspire IAM team members as well as other stakeholders. Create, facilitate adherence and sponsoring• Act as the IAM design authority representative and spokesperson in internal and external events, meetings, and forums.Qualifications • A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information security, or a related field.• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM, with experience in leading and managing IAM design and architecture topic.• A proven track record of successfully delivering and managing IAM portfolio and solutions in a complex and dynamic environment.• Strong knowledge and experience in IAM design and architecture, tools, and workflows, such as identity lifecycle management, access management, privileged access management, identity governance, and identity analytics.• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.• Strong project management, budget management, and vendor management skills, with the ability to deliver results on time and within budget.• Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable, and the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.“At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
