C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.Overview: As an Identity and Access Manager specializing in OneIdentity, you will be responsible for the operation, development, and customization of our organization's identity and accessmanagement solution. Leveraging your expertise in OneIdentity, you will lead initiatives to ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of our access control processes. This role requires a deepunderstanding of identity management principles, strong technical skills, and theability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.Responsibilities:Solution Operation and Management:Administer and maintain the OneIdentity solution, including user provisioning, access control,authentication and directory services.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements to optimize theefficiency and reliability of identity and access management processes.Develop and enforce policies, procedures and standards related to identity and access management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Solution Development and Customization:Design and implement customizations, integrations and enhancements to the OneIdentity solution to meet the evolving needs of the organization.# Topic Task Description Responsible Result / Comments / InputCollaborate with software developers, system architects and other stakeholders to integrate OneIdentity with existing systems, applications and workflows.Conduct testing, validation and documentation of customizations and configurations to ensure compatibility and reliability.Security and Risk Management:Assess security risks and vulnerabilities related to identity and access management processes and systems, implementing controls and safeguards to mitigate potential threats.Monitor access permissions, user activity and security events to detect and respond to suspicious or unauthorized behavior.Conduct periodic audits and reviews of user accounts, entitlements and access rights to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.User Support and Training:Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, administrators and other stakeholders regarding OneIdentity functionality, usage and troubleshooting.Develop and deliver training materials, workshops and documentation to educate users on identity and access management best practices, policies and procedures.Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g.,CISSP, CISM, OneIdentity) preferred.-Proven experience in identity and access management with expertise in operating and customizing the OneIdentity solution.-Strong understanding of identity management principles, access control mechanisms and directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, EntraID).-Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization tasks.-Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.-Experience with security frameworks, regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and security best practices.
