Oversee monthly processing and payment of general administrative (GA) expenses using the eMarketplace/JEF system & quarterly accrual process and manage cost center reclassification related to GA spending.
Headquarters Parking Management.
Coordinate monthly payments for parking management services.
Handle registration and management of employees' parking facilities.
Company Car Purchase Order Management.
manage purchase orders for company vehicles, ensuring accurate processing and documentation.
General Administrative Support.
Provide additional support for various GA-related tasks and projects to ensure smooth operations.
Human Resources Administration Support HR Data Management.
Support maintaining accurate HR data and records.
Corporate Events.
Assist in organizing and executing company-wide events Hobby Club Operations.
Support the administration and activities of employee hobby clubs Sales Team Relocation Support.
Supports the relocation process for the sales team, including managing housing allowances and related logistics.
Additional HR Projects.
Contribute to other HR-related projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to assist across various functions.
