INTELLIGENCE PRODUCT MANAGER

You will be a key player in the Havas Data & Technology global team.
You will be situated within the Product team, the Data Engineering team, and working closely with the Strategic Insights & Client Experience team.
You will deliver solutions across multiple regions and clients and support local markets across big global initiatives, for optimal cross pollination and maximising the integrated connections between practice and product.
Product Design Collect and formalize customer requirements around data, reports, visualization Design and develop reporting / insight solutions and data visualizations based on business requirements, including data modelling, transformation and visualizations Comfortable and effective at eliciting requirements and shaping specifications for the design and build of dashboards, including feasibility assessments and build time estimates Working with data architects and engineers to identify and develop new reporting capabilities to help drive innovation across the business Participate in testing the robustness and quality of developments in conjunction with our governance framework Drive best practice for the use and configuration of data visualization tools within the Tech team Adoption Strategy Work on a daily basis with Panel providers and establish long term relationships, while challenging on methodology and solutions Champion local teams for the adoption of Global Solutions Help identify Intelligence use cases for product development Assist in training and application guidance on Intelligence products at different level of the organization Market Research Expertise Work with Clients (internal / external) to extract the best insights from the data to address customers’ business questions Partner with the Marketing leadership team to understand business questions that can be answered through market research panel based solutions Propose appropriate market research methodologies that provide effective insights to support marketing and media strategy Communicate research findings to the Strategy and Intelligence team, applicable business functions, and the executive team Establish a steady cadence of impactful market research insights that are shared across the teams Profile Excitement about Data, Research, Measurement, and Insights Highly data literate, with exceptional attention to detail gained from developing, implementing, and operating large and business critical database environments Continuously learning and staying abreast of the latest developments in BI and data visualisation tooling and passionate about applying and sharing these with others Very strong analytical skills with a particular emphasis on understanding and transforming large volumes of complex data into valuable business information Strong capability in working with end users and translating their business aspirations into very tangible data analysis and reporting solutions Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and to be able to communicate technical issues confidently to non-technical individuals.
· Desirable experience in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI… but not critical Key Competencies Strong expertise in Panels, or 1st party or 3rd party data Master in Engineering / Master in Business, with Marketing & Media expertise Strong analytical skills with a critical thinking attitude Good interpersonal and written/oral communication skills Proactive and ability to initiate Good analytical problem-solving skills Positive and can-do attitude Proficiency in English is a must Technical Skills Expert in market research methodology and tools (i.
