INTERIM SITE FINANCE LEAD

Interim Site Finance Lead in Madrid/SpainClients engage RGP for expertise in delivering large and complex projects to strengthen their business. We are currently looking for a number of Project Managers to work on diverse range of projects. Through relevant experience you will have been exposed to multiple and ideally complex (global) projects and businesses and be able to adapt these to our clients unique environment. We are looking for an Interim Site Finance Lead (11 months project, 2-3 days onsite) to achieve financial performance commitments and assess opportunities across sites that are in scope.KEY DELIVERABLESClose collaboration with Site Director, Site Leadership team and regional and global Consumer Supply chain organizationsBusiness planning as well as monitoring of actual resultsPartner with the Profitability Management & Reporting team to drive insights on budget vs actual drivers, operational metrics, and frame resultsPropose/evaluate business cases (Capital, Investments, Site Master Plan, New Products) and support decision making with a focus on driving valueLead total cost per unit analyses for the Site as well as review and approve the Business Plan standard costsEnsure reliability of financial information by partnering with Global Services, Centers of Excellence and other centralized organizationsResponsible for risk management and driving a compliance culture across the siteProvide in depth financial analysis and generate valuable insights to support business cases for investment decisions and cost savings opportunitiesActively contribute to the Site’s strategy and master planPerformance Analytics and ReportingPlanning and ForecastingProduct cost (standard costing)/Cost Management: Oversee cost accounting activities, ensuring accurate allocation of costs, variance analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
