As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?YOUR ROLESupport the implementation of Customer Service (CS) related project workPartner with internal departmentsCollaborate with and support GHO Customer Care team (Global CS Lead, CRM Team, CX Team) as well as CEVA Products (eg. Product’s Customer Care and CS roles, and BPE departments) in the implementation of other initiatives related to:Increasing customer-focus culture within the company.Increase Customer satisfaction.Increase CS community efficiency / continuous improvement.Contribute to build a basic CS PMO framework to efficiently manage the project portfolio related to the CS Journey implementation, bringing:Project management methodology, proper assessment and plans, projects prioritizationDevelop communication channels to properly inform the different stakeholders (internal and external) about the program/projects’ progress.Apply change management methodologies to accelerate transformation and enhance change adoption¿WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Degree in Engineering/Industrial Technique, Business Administration or Master Degree in Customer Service Experiencie or PMOIt is essential to be able to make an internship agreement with your study center for at least 6 monthsHigh level of English (C1)Customer oriented personFocus on Quality and excellence.
