You will be working in one of the fastest-growing Proptech companies in the region, which is a great place to be challenged and become your best professional self.About the roleWe are looking for an International Account Executive for our Sales team to manage our international client base, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving revenue growth across global markets.What you’ll doManage a portfolio of international clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related mattersDevelop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunitiesConduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to build strong relationships and drive salesNegotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring terms align with company policies and client expectationsDevelop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through inbound leads, outbound efforts, and networkingAssess leads' needs and qualify them based on our co-ownership modelPresent our value proposition, handle objections, and close deals that meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targetsCultivate strong relationships with potential international clients, nurturing trust and long-term engagementKeep accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts within our CRM system to track progress and optimize the processWhat you’ll needProven experience in end-to-end sales processes, preferably in real estate or a related sectorYou’re proactive, hungry, and accustomed to handling your own pipeline without relying heavily on SDRsYou’ve proven your ability to close deals across the full sales cycle and are ready to scale with usStrong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence international clientsFluency in English and SpanishEntrepreneurial mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and contribute to team successWhat we offerWe offer a competitive compensation package, including market-rate salary.
