INTERNATIONAL AREA MANAGER

As an International Area Manager (DT) you will be a key profile for the brand positioning in the market under your supervision, applying a 360 degrees view. You will drive and boost the performance of the brand by adapting global strategies to the local market and customer profile in accordance with the business objectives, impacting 3 main areas of operations: Product, Processes and People.What’s your typical day like? _Budgeting/ P&L controlling: you will be responsible for the P&L of your markets, will make commercial decisions and define de omnichannel strategies based on the analysis and results of the reports pulled from commercial management tools, competitor analyses, and the socioeconomic context of your area._Expansion: you will be responsible of identifying the best location for relocations or new store openings and influence in the store with the purpose of better optimizing the surface and coverage while ensuring the best customer experience._Image: you will be responsible of maintaining the brand´s standards in terms of the image of each store concept by adapting the furniture layout, product and garments exposition to each market._Product: you will analyze, develop and implement sales proposals adapted to the needs and type of customer in your markets while respecting the commercial guidelines of the brand. You will detect the product needs and execute commercial analysis of prices, product and image and decide the local strategy for the countries under your supervision._Processes: you will be responsible of implementing and follow up on all current processes (stock managements, stockroom organization, delivery process, use of technological devises, etc) as well as proposing new ones or updates, alongside the local team, that will ensure a more efficient workflow in the stores of your markets. _People: you will be responsible of identifying potential talent and set out its evolution/ monitor their growth, training and developing the local teams and partner with HR Responsible in defining the HRs strategy of all your markets.How do we imagine you?With a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. We imagine you as a good communicator, dynamic, resourceful, resilient and proactive, strategical, with strong analytical, commercial and negotiation skills. Fluent English is a must, other languages will be a plus.
