As an International HR, you will be part of one of Bershka's most creative multidisciplinary teams. You will be the “Bershka ambassador” in the countries under your supervision, transmitting Bershka’s DNA and values and inspiring the local teams with best practices from other markets. You will co-participate in creating the HR strategies and help implement commercial plans, designing tailor-made projects as well as finding innovative solutions for local market and business needs.What’s your typical day like? Budget/P&L: you will be responsible for the P&L of the countries with special focus on balancing the personnel expenses and other talent related KPIs.Talent management: you will ensure excellence in talent attraction and retention for both area and store teams, providing the best employee experience possible as well as planning career and successions plans. Made to measure HR solutions: you will pay attention to the customer journey map in each market and propose innovative HR solutions to increase efficiency. Support commercial plans: you will work closely with the commercial team to ensure the correct implementation of global operational strategies along with achieving sales objectives. How do we imagine you? You have an eye for detail, a strategic mindset, highly developed communication skills and an innate sense of style. Your resourcefulness as well as analytical and negotiation skills are part of your strong assets. You’ve already banked 5 years of experience in a similar role and speak fluent English.You must be available to travel 80% of your working time.
