INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY ADVISOR - FIXED TERM

Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VO IS) and we’re looking for a    International Mobility Advisor - fixed term     Your role in a nutshell.
To provide HR support on all mobility policies and processes.
advisory support service via telephone and e-mail to all employees and managers, acting as the primary contact for employees, interfacing with Centers of Expertise, Business Partners and 3rd party providers.
To perform day-to-day administration tasks, supporting HR and their customers, using HR systems and processes.
What you’ll do.
Manage end-to-end international mobility lifecycle processes.
Handle calls of customers.
Resolve complex issues.
Give expert advise on mobility related queries.
(immigration, relocation, taxation) Provide professional guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members.
Take part in the induction of new joiners.
Take part in process improvement projects.
Suggest modifications in processes.
What you will bring to the team.
expert knowledge of international mobility (immigration and taxation knowledge is an advantage).
